Jody Johnson joined NAI Black in the commercial real estate brokerage division prior to joining the property management team. As a property manager, Jody’s expertise centers on asset management for multi-family properties. Jody’s career started in commercial real estate over 25 years ago Jody specializes in renovation properties that have reached the end of their useful life, giving them a whole new potential for profit.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Black, Jody owned a local maintenance company and handled all of the maintenance and property makeovers for a very large property management company. Jody also consulted property owners with their real estate investments, including personal homes and apartment communities.
