Background & Experience

Josh Gutzwiler is a Property Manager in our Commercial Property Management Division with over 17 years’ comprehensive experience in commercial property management.  Gutzwiler is a results-driven real estate professional with exceptional experience managing complex high-profile projects from inception to closing. He excels at leveraging broad expertise in real estate, finance, and contracts to develop strategies to meet corporate goals for leasing, purchasing, and sales for assigned real estate portfolio.  Gutzwiler is a collaborative leader with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to overcome project challenges and general positive outcomes for all stakeholders. He specializes in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical timelines, performing market research and analysis, and coordinating the development of financial models and supporting corporate initiatives.

Education

Gutzwiler holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Management and Human Resources from Washington State University. Prior to joining Black Realty Management, Gutzwiler was the Vice President – Real Estate Negotiations, of Wells Fargo Bank N.A., in San Francisco, California and Portland, Oregon.
