Background & Experience

Stephanie Fromont is a Residential Regional Manager and a Washington State Licensed Broker with over 15 years of experience. Her experience includes management of market rate, RD, Tax Credit, and HUD housing. Stephanie has worked on a wide range of portfolios, including distressed, new acquisition renovations, lease-ups, and ramping up multifamily properties for sale. Stephanie has received extensive training from the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission for LIHTC property compliance. Prior to joining Black Realty Management, Stephanie managed a tri-state portfolio for a large regional property management company.
